I want to leave my feedback about my visit to the gastroenterologist, it was my first visit to the clinic. I visited a doctor before, but I still didn’t have any diagnosis, I was partially tested, and I thought that at this clinic there would be an opportunity to put in an IV and the doctor would prescribe medication, therefore I came to you as there are no such services in the previous clinic. The first thing I heard was why I came and why I visited that doctor. The doctor was irritable, the impression is that I came to her house, maybe because of insurance. You could tell me right away that you don’t accept. Moreover, she didn’t even conduct an examination, she referred me to 10 tests and sent for an additional examination. She answered in an irritable tone to all my questions. Besides, the appointment to this doctor costs 500 UAH, a higher degree, it is probably better to consult by a more friendly doctor. I will not come to the second appointment, of course, the impression is negative.

Doctor Legostayeva Alyona Aleksandrovna is a wonderful specialist. I am very pleased with her. Everything is clear and without the fluff. Highly recommend! However, the thing which is unclear to me is the procedure of payment for visiting the doctor. Why should I pay extra 300 hrivnyas to be allowed to come to the doctor in order to learn what is wrong with me? I have already paid 350 UAH at the very beginning. Money is not a problem, I just wonder about such cupidity. The good thing is that they didn’t take money for protective shoes and visiting the toilet. It is unlikely that I visit this clinic again.

I was in your clinic at the doctor's appointment with T.V. Lishchinskaya, an examination was carried out and an analysis was prescribed. For the first appointment, I paid UAH 250 according to the price list and made an appointment for a second appointment with ready-made results, I paid UAH 350 instead of the stated UAH 200 for a consultation without a gynecological examination (the doctor argued that this consultation was a gynecologist-endocrinologist consultation) although there is no such service in the price list ((((after the prescribed treatment, I felt bad, I decided to inform my treating doctor, so that I know whether to stop or continue the prescribed treatment! And for this consultation, I paid again UAH 200, although the price list says that repeated appointments are free for patients undergoing treatment! It is very sad that due to such financial nuances, despite the professionalism of the doctor, a negative opinion is formed!

This was my first visit to On Clinic, Yelena Viktorovna is a wonderful doctor! I had problems with my stomach for the first time in my life and it frightened me a lot. The first doctor, in another clinic, could not help me; however, my problem was not so serious as it turned out. Yelena Viktorovna referred me at once to make all tests (nothing extra). Based on the test results, she prescribed treatment and some food restrictions. All medications were scheduled subject to the quantity and duration. Yelena Viktorovna left me her phone number. So I could always contact her in Viber for small matters regarding the drugs, and this was very comfortable. The problem was solved and I was excited. I visited Yelena Viktorovna on the recommendation. Now it is my turn to recommend her. When necessary, I will definitely come to this doctor again.

I visited gynecologist and ultrasound, everything was fast without queues and by appointment. The doctor explains everything, clarifies, answers all questions. No one urges you to finish the appointment faster as in public hospitals. They suggest doing tests, it is a SUGGEST! You can watch on the screen everything that the doctor does which is very modern and everything becomes clear. I am very satisfied.
