During the year, patients will be able to be monitored by a general physician/family doctor who, according to the needs of the patient, will be referred to diagnostic procedures and consultations of single-discipline doctors.

Package "Basic female" – 2320 UAH:

• consultation with a family doctor / therapist (5 times a year);
• two ultrasound examinations – by prescription of family doctor twice a year);
• complete blood count, common urine test (once a year);
• gynecologist with ultrasonography + breast ultrasonography (once a year);
• consultation by specialists on referral from a family doctor (twice a year);
• issue of a permit to attend swimming-pool (twice a year).

Package "Basic male" – 2100 UAH:

• consultation with a family doctor / therapist (5 times a year);
• two ultrasound examinations – two ultrasound examinations – by prescription of family doctor (twice a year);
• complete blood count, common urine test (once a year);
• urologist with ultrasonography (once a year);
• ECG (once a year);
• consultation by specialists on referral from a family doctor (twice a year);
• issue of a permit to attend swimming-pool (twice a year).

Package "Family" – 4420 UAH:

• consultation with a family doctor / therapist (5 times a year for each patient);
• two ultrasound examinations – by prescription of family doctor (twice a year for each patient);
• complete blood count, common urine test (once a year for each patient);
• for women: gynecologist with ultrasonography + breast ultrasonography (once a year);
• for men: urologist with ultrasonography (once a year);
• ECG (once a year for each patient).
