Hello! I did tests at the clinic, asked if they could send me an electronic copy, at the reception desk they said yes, but you just need to call the call center, they are responsible for this. By calling the phone, the operator told me that she would not be able to send them to me by e-mail, since it is not indicated on my card. I have to go to the clinic and indicate it! A strange organizational approach in a clinic that is not found in any city. I went to “ON Clinic” to visit a gastroenterologist Irina Ivanovna Korotkevich. I was worried about stomach pains. The doctor prescribed me an examination - abdominal ultrasound, fiberoptic gastroduodenoscopy, and tests. After the examination, the doctor prescribed medication for me. At the moment I am still on treatment, but my health has improved, the acute pains are gone. I can recommend the clinic and the doctor as qualified specialists.

I want to leave my feedback about my visit to the gastroenterologist, it was my first visit to the clinic. I visited a doctor before, but I still didn’t have any diagnosis, I was partially tested, and I thought that at this clinic there would be an opportunity to put in an IV and the doctor would prescribe medication, therefore I came to you as there are no such services in the previous clinic. The first thing I heard was why I came and why I visited that doctor. The doctor was irritable, the impression is that I came to her house, maybe because of insurance. You could tell me right away that you don’t accept. Moreover, she didn’t even conduct an examination, she referred me to 10 tests and sent for an additional examination. She answered in an irritable tone to all my questions. Besides, the appointment to this doctor costs 500 UAH, a higher degree, it is probably better to consult by a more friendly doctor. I will not come to the second appointment, of course, the impression is negative.

Doctor Legostayeva Alyona Aleksandrovna is a wonderful specialist. I am very pleased with her. Everything is clear and without the fluff. Highly recommend! However, the thing which is unclear to me is the procedure of payment for visiting the doctor. Why should I pay extra 300 hrivnyas to be allowed to come to the doctor in order to learn what is wrong with me? I have already paid 350 UAH at the very beginning. Money is not a problem, I just wonder about such cupidity. The good thing is that they didn’t take money for protective shoes and visiting the toilet. It is unlikely that I visit this clinic again.

This was my first visit to On Clinic, Yelena Viktorovna is a wonderful doctor! I had problems with my stomach for the first time in my life and it frightened me a lot. The first doctor, in another clinic, could not help me; however, my problem was not so serious as it turned out. Yelena Viktorovna referred me at once to make all tests (nothing extra). Based on the test results, she prescribed treatment and some food restrictions. All medications were scheduled subject to the quantity and duration. Yelena Viktorovna left me her phone number. So I could always contact her in Viber for small matters regarding the drugs, and this was very comfortable. The problem was solved and I was excited. I visited Yelena Viktorovna on the recommendation. Now it is my turn to recommend her. When necessary, I will definitely come to this doctor again.

I want to leave my feedback about the gastroenterologist Shkandt Tatyana. She is the most gastroenterologist I have ever met. After unsuccessful treatment with two other doctors in other private clinics, I went here hopelessly. I thought they would again diddle out of my money and "treat a little" only to make patients come back. With my reflux, previous doctors brought me to a state close to asthma. It was terrible. Tatyana immediately took me seriously. The main thing that none of the doctors did before her was that I was prescribed a competent diagnosis, according to the results of which the correct drugs were prescribed. As a result, an asthmatic cough passed quite quickly, a lump in the throat and a general condition allows you to live a full life. It is a pleasure that there are still such doctors who work with such dedication, are focused on the result and really want to cure you. Naturally, I will recommend such a specialist to everyone. The attitude towards patients could not be worse. On 21.12.2019 I had an appointment at 9.10 a.m. to doctor Frolova E.Yu. and I had acute pain. I was stuck in the waiting room for an hour despite the fact that I warned the administrator that I had diabetes and came in the fasted state in order to do another ultrasound. There were two women behind me who passed without an appointment. I also watched as Frolova walked along the corridor and talked on her cell phone. Standing in the queue, I felt that my sugar was falling down and I could go faint - this is the best case scenario. And only when I demanded to return the money for the appointment, Frolova came out with the words "ok, I will see you." Shame on such doctors! Although I know that excellent reviews have been written on the official page for this "doctor", I feel indignant and do not recommend her. There are many worthy doctors who don’t wear a crown, but treat people.
