Hello! I did tests at the clinic, asked if they could send me an electronic copy, at the reception desk they said yes, but you just need to call the call center, they are responsible for this. By calling the phone, the operator told me that she would not be able to send them to me by e-mail, since it is not indicated on my card. I have to go to the clinic and indicate it! A strange organizational approach in a clinic that is not found in any city. Huge request to synchronize the actions of your staff and systems, if you value your customers and are interested in them coming to you more than once. Thanks! P.S. By the way, when filling out a feedback, an email address is required, why not add it to my account and send test results?

We would like to note that when visiting the clinic, each patient can leave actual contact information for communication with the clinic, including the email address. The patient's personal health information is confidential, so we cannot use postal addresses from any third party sources. Upon request, the result was sent to you according to an alternative option.
