Answers and questions on x-ray
The child underwent an X-ray of hip joints, and now (2 months later) they assign to do an X-ray of the lungs. I am afraid that there will be a large dose of radiation during the X-ray. How harmful the X-ray is, what are the consequences?

Doses on different devices may be different. There are no groups of the radiation-receiving population as in adults identified for children. X-ray images should be digital, and of course, taken strictly according to indications. There will be no consequences under such loads (2 images). The main thing is to decide on the indications and on the correct diagnosing for the correct prescription of treatment.
