By calling the phone, the operator told me that she would not be able to send them to me by e-mail, since it is not indicated on my card. I have to go to the clinic and indicate it! A strange organizational approach in a clinic that is not found in any city. Huge request to synchronize the actions of your staff and systems, if you value your customers and are interested in them coming to you more than once. Thanks! P.S. I went to “ON Clinic” to visit a gastroenterologist Irina Ivanovna Korotkevich. I was worried about stomach pains. The doctor prescribed me an examination - abdominal ultrasound, fiberoptic gastroduodenoscopy, and tests. After the examination, the doctor prescribed medication for me.
