I learned about the clinic from the Internet, first I came with my son to a dermatologist Tominets, a pleasant doctor. We immediately saw improvements despite the fact that we had been treated for 3 years by other doctors and there was no result. Thanks to doctor Tominets for his professionalism. I myself am being treated by a gynecologist Shmargovich; this wonderful woman treated my problems with understanding, I got professional advice without problems and passed all the examinations without standing in lines. The clinic is bordering on fantasy. According to the analyzes, they put the male sex, not the female, respectively, the diagnosis was not written, the material was taken for histology, for three weeks they did not bother to send the results. They sent it on demand, when I called and then with the wrong date for taking the material when they took it. The results line is generally empty. I don’t know how to understand everything. The clinic service has become very bad, despite the fact that I am not a random patient, but I have been going for 7 years.

Hello! I did tests at the clinic, asked if they could send me an electronic copy, at the reception desk they said yes, but you just need to call the call center, they are responsible for this. By calling the phone, the operator told me that she would not be able to send them to me by e-mail, since it is not indicated on my card. I have to go to the clinic and indicate it! A strange organizational approach in a clinic that is not found in any city. Huge request to synchronize the actions of your staff and systems, if you value your customers and are interested in them coming to you more than once. Thanks! P.S. The doctor made me several times an abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound, in the conclusion she indicated: a fetal egg 2.8 * 1.6 mm is visualized in the uterine cavity. Short term pregnancy. The threat of termination of pregnancy. In addition, the doctor recommended me to come again after a week. After the ultrasound, I turned to a gynecologist, who sent me to a hospital. 30.05.2020 I went to the first city hospital, where I was told the diagnosis of “progressive ectopic pregnancy”. An hour later, I was operated on. At the time of surgery, it was estimated to be a full sixth obstetric week of pregnancy. From the comments of the doctor who operated, it became clear that a maximum of two days and the pipe would not withstand and burst, it would be difficult to predict how everything would end. Now I have a question: if the ultrasound doctor is not guided, where is the tube, and where is the uterus, why does she work in “ON Clinic”? Patients trust doctors with their lives and health. Let's just imagine that, on her recommendation, I passed another WEEK, how would this story end for me? I want to warn the girls who can get to Velichko I.A. that her competence is in doubt. And I ask that the people who assessed her qualifications and took her to work understand this issue.
