Working at a computer for a long time develops computer syndrome (dry eye syndrome). This leads to the cornea overdrying, the tear film does not rupture in a timely manner, as a result of which pain appears in the eyes. It is possible to use artificial tear drops, for example, Tealoz Duo gel, 1-2 drops, 2-3 times a day. It is important to pre-consult with an ophthalmologist.
